Third UBI article published on The Mandarin

A belated post but I’m happy to share the third article I’ve published on The Mandarin: “Prevention or patch-up? Pathways to a Universal Basic Income in Australia“. In this piece I discuss recent Australian UBI activity and propose phased-in policy reforms that will shape Australia’s social supports towards a gold-standard UBI.

Many thanks again to Dr Geoff Edwards of The Royal Societies of Australia for the invitation to contribute towards the ‘Prevention or patch-up’ series.
